Why choose us instead of a traditional tenancy?
Zero hidden fees, we do not charge any fees when taking on a property. We take care of all management and maintenance of the property at no additional cost.
We send out inspection reports on a monthly to quarterly basis and give you the flexibility to inspect the property if needed to be and be accompanied with a team member.
We give flexible contracts between 2-5 years which are tailored to landlords to best suit their needs.
No such thing as rent delay, as before we take on a property we ensure its the right fit and if so we close within 7 days from viewing.
Our tenants have no tenant rights as they are licenses unders the Housing Evication Act 1972.
