What does the process involve?
Agree Rental Terms
Both Parties review and agree upon rental terms and duration of lease.
Prepare Property
Our team assesses and plans light refurbishments as needed. For unfurnished properties, we source complementary furniture.
Sign Paperwork
An official agreement is made between both parties through a legal contract.
Maintenance
We handle any necessary maintenance required and swiftly address tenant concerns.
You could be the perfect fit for our services if you meet the following criteria:
You are the legal owner of a property in London or elsewhere in the UK, such as a house, flat maisonette, apartment, or similar residence whether fullly owned or mortgaged.
You have a minimum of 1 bedrooms or more
You have a minimum of 1 bathrooms or more
Your property is within a 0-7 mile radius of a Train, Bus or Tube Station
